We currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced site-based environment Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath
This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting senior leadership and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. It will suit someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities of Office Administrator:
1. Managing incoming calls and door access
2. Meeting room scheduling and preparation
3. Travel bookings and itinerary coordination
4. Office supplies and stock control
5. Financial Administration
6. Supporting wellbeing and colleague engagement initiatives
7. Assisting with event logistics and on-site coordination
8. General administrative and secretarial support as required
Experience required:
9. 2–3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
11. Excellent customer service skills
12. Strong organisational and time management capabilities
13. Proven ability to multitask and prioritise
14. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
15. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
