Support Worker
We are seeking compassionate and experienced professionals to join our care team in Derry / Londonderry.
1. Deliver high-quality personal and emotional support to service users, promoting independence and dignity.
2. Promote individual choice and facilitate the achievement of personal goals through person-centred care.
3. Undertake clinical and care duties as required, ensuring best practice is upheld at all times.
4. Support service users with daily living tasks and mobility, empowering them to live independently.
5. Maintain accurate records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and upholding the trust placed in us.
6. Ensure care is delivered in line with individual care plans and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a care role, demonstrating strong communication skills and a caring empathetic nature. NISCC registration or a willingness to register, along with up-to-date mandatory training, is highly desirable.
