Im looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a technical sales team in a leading global pharmaceutical company.
As the Regional Sales Manager, youll lead strategic sales initiatives, manage a team of technical sales professionals, and collaborate closely with global counterparts to implement commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute a regional sales plan that aligns with global business objectives, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor technical sales representatives and subject matter experts to deliver outstanding results in complex biopharmaceutical markets.
Oversee key customer relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and coordinate global account strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Work closely with product management, marketing, and global sales teams to introduce new products and services while enhancing customer value.
Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, implement best practices, and lead organizational change through influence and leadership.
Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Biology, or a related technical field At least 7 years international sales experience in the life sciences or biopharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing technical sales teams within complex scientific markets.
Strong ability to plan and execute at both strategic and operational levels, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals and driving organizational change through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
