Physiotherapist Specialist

* About the Role:
* In this challenging yet rewarding position as Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead on the assessment, treatment, and management of adults living in the community.
* You will provide advanced physiotherapy assessment and intervention for adults with musculoskeletal issues, chronic conditions, mobility difficulties, functional decline, and post-acute rehabilitation needs.
* Our multidisciplinary team works closely together to deliver high-quality patient care, so experience of working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals is essential.
* Your Responsibilities:
* Lead on the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Provide clinical support, guidance, and supervision to staff grade physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students as needed.
* Work collaboratively with GPs, Public Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care pathways.
* Your Qualifications and Experience:
* BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent recognised qualification).
* CORU registration (or eligibility).
* Minimum three years post-qualification experience, ideally including MSK, rehabilitation, or community physiotherapy.
