We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our restaurant team.
Job Overview
* This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining destination, providing exceptional customer service and managing staff performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, with at least three years' experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a busy upscale restaurant. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational duties, including service standards, shift meetings, and floor presence management.
2. Recruitment, training, appraisals, and disciplinaries for a high-performing team.
3. Financial management, including staffing costs, sales opportunities, and profit forecasting.
4. Compliance with Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire regulations, and Licensing requirements.
As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication, and promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
