Toyota Naas is looking for a seasoned Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers contacting the business for all aspects of motor service. This is a Full-time site-based role, five-day working week with one Saturday (9am – 1pm) a month on rotation. The candidate should be a well-rounded, flexible individual who works well as part of a team and is willing to learn the “Toyota Way”.

Key Accountabilities of the Role
* Receive all incoming service calls and complete the booking procedure in full for each customer.
* Adhere to service department procedures for all bookings to ensure the smooth flow and efficiency of the workshop.
* Receive all incoming sales PDI’s and ensure they are booked using the Auto View booking diary; liaise with the sales department via email for expected updates and completion times.
* Check for outstanding recalls on all vehicles at point of booking and receiving PDI’s (Pre-delivery inspections).
* Retrieve all relevant information when making a booking and record using the correct methods on each job card, e.g. Account Detail.
* Plan out each customer’s next mode of transport on booking, confirm bookings on internal systems and record on their Job Card.
* Following the service department procedures ensure all internal systems are updated and monitored regularly to ensure all customer requirements are met, including correct recording on Dealer Car Manager, job cards, booking appointments are made with care and don’t overlap and the workshop can facilitate the workload booked on a daily basis.
* Liaise with the parts and service advisors on all incoming work to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the workshop through appropriate communications.

The ideal candidate will be
* Passionate about customer service.
* Experienced with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role in a busy main car dealership
* Well-rounded communicator and listener.
