About Your New Job
Strategic Direction and Oversight: Spearhead the strategic direction for my client’s global engineering teams, focusing on integrating AI/ML capabilities and modern software practices.
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor senior managers and technical leaders, driving innovation in AI/ML, and ensuring alignment with my client’s objectives.
Technical Decision-Making: Serve as a key decision-maker in technical architecture, particularly in AI-driven solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy and risk management.
What Skills You Need
Extensive Experience: 15+ years of experience in product development, with significant exposure to AI/ML and cloud-based engineering, including up to 7 years in management.
Technical Expertise: Strong Java full stack and Python engineering experience in a product development environment, with hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Leadership and Innovation: Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML innovation, responsible AI, and technical excellence at scale.
