Excel Recruitment is actively looking for reliable staff to work in various Kitchens throughout Limerick city and county.
This is mid week, day time position, with flexibility to choose your own hours.
Your role is to support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic prep, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
1. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
2. Keep kitchen, storage, and waste areas clean and hygienic
3. Assist chefs with basic food prep when required
4. Follow HACCP and health & safety standards
5. Support smooth service during busy periods
Requirements:
6. Previous kitchen porter or catering experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
7. Good understanding of hygiene and safety procedures
8. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
9. Flexible with shifts (mid week predominantly)
