Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in a senior role within an MSP or similar service-led environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of managing client contracts and service delivery.
* Deep technical expertise across multiple platforms including Microsoft 365 administration, migration, and support, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, security, and cloud services, VMware virtualisation, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting, on-premises infrastructure servers, networking, and storage.
