Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager to join a rapidly growing homecare provider with nationwide operations.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to lead and develop a team while ensuring the highest standards of care delivery within the community.
Key Responsibilities Manage carer onboarding, rosters, training, and overall staff welfare Deliver induction training to carers to ensure high-quality care standards Monitor daily operations using care management systems, ensuring compliance and safeguarding Liaise with internal support teams regarding scheduling, client care, and service delivery Identify and manage training and development needs within the team Conduct client quality assurance reviews in line with industry standards Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders including clients and external bodies Support overall service delivery and take on additional responsibilities as required Requirements QQI Level 6 in Health Services (or higher) 3-5 years' experience in home care or community care in a supervisory/management role Experience with care management systems ( One Touch) is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with excellent time management abilities Full eligibility to work in Ireland Benefits Competitive salary (€40,000 - €45,000 DOE) Bi-annual bonus 24 days annual leave Mileage allowance Career progression opportunities Ongoing training and CPD support Healthcare plan access Savings scheme Social events
