Your Day-to-Day:
• Investigate and resolve reported content, including abuse and account support
• Apply community guidelines to assess and action flagged content
• Stay informed on client policies and content standards
• Use regional knowledge to identify trends and scale solutions
• Escalate high-impact or emerging issues to global teams
• Support ongoing improvements in workflows and content accuracy
• Analyse and tag content to improve the platform and user experience
What You Bring:
• Fluency in English (C1) and another language (C1/C2) (see full list above)*
• Strong awareness of cultural trends and current affairs
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport (must-have)
• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive content
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
What's on the Table:
• Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen
• Choice of shifts:
1. Day: 9am – 5:30pm
2. Evening: 6pm – 2am
• Salary: €31k to €41k

• On-site role in Sandyford, Dublin 18 due to the nature of the content reviewed.
