Your Day-to-Day:
Investigate and resolve reported content, including abuse and account support
Apply community guidelines to assess and action flagged content
Stay informed on client policies and content standards
Use regional knowledge to identify trends and scale solutions
Escalate high-impact or emerging issues to global teams
Support ongoing improvements in workflows and content accuracy
Analyse and tag content to improve the platform and user experience
What You Bring:
Fluency in
English (C1)
and
another language (C1/C2)

Strong awareness of cultural trends and current affairs
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Valid
Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport
(must-have)
Comfortable working with potentially sensitive content
Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Full-time, permanent contract
with Covalen
Choice of shifts:
Day:
9am – 5:30pm
Evening:
6pm – 2am
