Corporate Finance Analyst - Dublin
Superb opportunity for a Level 9 master's Qualified Candidate to join a global Boutique Corporate Finance firm. This opportunity will suit a Finance professional who has gained a master's Level degree within a finance discipline or equivalent and has gained at least 1 year experience within Finance and/or Financial Services.
The role
* Work as part of a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence, helping build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted member of the advisory team.
* Assist the lead financial modeler on development and review of detailed financial models to allow the team to provide detailed and robust quantitative advice to clients.
* Assist the team in delivering full client services including advice on treasury and derivatives, financial strategy, corporate finance, debt and strategic planning.
* Assist the team with business development activities such as sector or client research, pitchbook preparation, market analysis and idea/opportunity generation.
* Work with the team to analyse and review of corporate documents and financial information to assist client business planning and strategy.
* Develop research and analysis in the delivery of client reports and attend meetings to present on same to range of diverse corporate C Suite clients.
* Assist the team in researching prospective clients, industries and markets.
* Assist the team in preparing business development documents including production of pitchbooks, information memorandums, teaser documents, etc.

The successful candidate will have gained at least Level 9 master's Qualification within a finance discipline and will have at least 1 year experience within Financial Services - Banking, Funds, Insurance, Accounting etc. Strong numeric capability is essential given the Financial Modelling aspects to this role.
