Dornan is recruiting a Trades & Labour Manager to supervise the recruitment and management of our on-site Trades & Labour personnel.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades for significant projects in Ireland and Europe. A solid grasp of construction site compliance and governance is a key requirement.Excellent package on offer including company vehicle.Your day to day will include:Recruitment of Trades & Labour to Dornan projects.Ensure all Trades possess skillsets & training required.Communication with Site & Project Managers daily.Communication weekly with Dornan Finance & Payrolls teams.Liaise with Dornan HR team to ensure correct contracts are in place.What we are looking for:10 years experience in liaising with M&E Trades & Labour.Excellent communication skills.Excellent organisational skills.Multiple stakeholder management experience.Experience of coordinating disciplinary procedures.Firm but fair management ethos.Please forward your CV to
