Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic facilities professional to support our operations. As a facilities administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our maintenance management software, work order management, property administration support, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational aspects of our maintenance management system including work order assignment and completion tracking.
* Generate monthly metrics and reports to help us improve our performance.
* Provide technical support for our IT systems.
* Support the setup and management of new sites, users, and licenses.
* Assist with property administration duties such as key management, meter readings, utility bill transfers, and asset register maintenance.
* Support audits and record retrieval related to current maintenance KPIs.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
