ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead day-to-day HR operations across payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management
Provide advice and confidence on employee relations matters
Support governance and equity processes with external counsel
Introduce process improvements and frameworks to a team that has grown organically
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR processes are robust, practical, and aligned with business needs
