Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management with experience in Financial Planning and Forecasting, data modeling, investment governance, systems development and business partnering.
Experience in technical infrastructure concepts, system design, the software/hardware development life-cycle and capital investment evaluation.
Experience with methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.
Ability to grow independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with knowledge in data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheet software, Google Suite/Workspace tools, SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business information to audiences.
Excellent organizational skills, including the use of project artifacts (e.g., RAID logs, RACI matrices) and productivity tools.
Excellent time management skills.
