As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the face of AKM for our clients, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and confident in our strategies. You’ll lead weekly and monthly reporting calls, deliver performance insights, and handle tough questions from eCommerce brand owners with ease.

* Work closely with media buyers to translate data into actionable insights
You’re Sales-Minded & Solution-Driven:
* Identify opportunities for client growth
* Proactively handle client concerns & objections
* Sales experience is a plus—you know how to position AKM as a long-term growth partner
What Success Looks Like
Experience:
* 2+ years in client-facing roles (marketing, paid media, or eCommerce agency preferred)
* Proven track record in presenting reports & managing client relationships
Skills:
* 100% fluent English (spoken & written)
* Comfortable leading video calls & explaining data in an engaging way
* Strong grasp of Meta & Google Ads (to answer client questions confidently)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail & follow-ups
Leadership & Growth:
* Able to manage multiple client accounts to ensure satisfaction & retention
* Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with execution
* Take ownership of client experience & performance tracking
Compensation & Benefits
* $35,000 - $50,000/year + performance-based bonuses (based on experience)
