The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of patients in the Pre-Assessment Clinic, assessing their needs and developing programs of care that meet their unique requirements.
* Liaise with Patient Services staff to ensure all patients awaiting elective procedures are screened prior to surgery, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to promote best practice in all aspects of care delivered to patients, relatives, and carers, prioritizing their safety, dignity, and well-being.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assessments of care needs, developing and implementing programs of care, and evaluating their effectiveness. They will also act on behalf of patients and carers to ensure their views are respected, and work collaboratively to promote best practice in all aspects of care.
