Automation Engineer Apprenticeship Program
This apprenticeship program is designed for individuals who wish to develop their skills in automation engineering.
* Key areas of focus include electrical and electronic systems, automation and robotics, project management, and communication.
You will work on-site with the Automation Engineer Team, responsible for control systems and sensors within the building.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Automation Engineer Apprenticeship Program participant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring, fault finding, and repairing systems to ensure high equipment availability.
* Training technicians in control systems fault finding.
* Collaborating with EU Controls network teams to monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics.
* Participating in or leading continuous improvement projects.
* Working with IT and engineering teams to maintain documentation and backup libraries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering before the program starts.
* Fluent Italian language skills and good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Good understanding and communication skills in English at Level B2 or higher.
* Passion for Automation and Engineering and eagerness to start a career in this field.
* Motivation, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and develop.
