Castleteel Kitchens are currently expanding and seeking a seasoned kitchen sales consultant.A fantastic opportunity exists for a full-time experienced kitchen sales professional to be part of our high performing, close knit team based in our studio in Naas.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, focused and target driven individual to build a long-term career, earn a substantial salary and deliver Irish made kitchens and bedrooms that are manufactured to the highest standard in the market today.Candidates with previous experience of kitchen design, sales, carpentry, or construction will also be considered.Core Responsibilities:Liaise with customers from the initial meeting through to completion.Sell fitted kitchens and wardrobes.Liase with kitchen designerUp-sell our full suite of products and services.Identify and develop new and ongoing business opportunities.Achieve/exceed sales targets in line with the business strategy.Communicate effectively with our customers, manufacturing facility, contractors, and approved suppliers.The ideal candidate should have the following abilities and experience:Proven kitchen industry sales track record.Strong interpersonal skills.Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.A flair for design and a passion for excellence.Ability to work and utilise CRM softwareExcellent communication and negotiating skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €40,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
