Project Engineer - Water Networks – Stantec
Opportunity
You will play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of crucial water network projects in Ireland.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed designs for water network infrastructure, including pumping stations and storage facilities.
Prepare feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
Create specifications and tender documents.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Manage and guide others in preparing project drawings and other inputs.
Provide expert technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
A third‑level degree in engineering (Level 8 minimum).
Strong postgraduate experience in water network design.
Strong professional and technical knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Keen eye for detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in industry‑standard software.
