Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the operational management of the EU return warehouse, ensuring efficient on-site operations and achieving various operational targets.
Formulate and execute operational strategies, optimize return warehouse workflows to improve management efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Supervise goods receiving and dispatch, inventory management, and storage conditions to ensure all operations comply with standards.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, make optimization recommendations, and implement them.
Train the operations team to enhance employees’ professional skills and work efficiency.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales, quality control, planning, and other related departments to ensure operational strategies align with company objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, or related fields are preferred.
More than 3 years of experience in return warehouse or logistics operations management.
Proficient in Excel and other Office software; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently handle cross-department collaboration and problem-solving.
Strong logical thinking skills, able to analyze complex data and operational issues. (Familiarity with warehouse management processes and related information systems required.)
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
