Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with site management, subcontractors, and client safety representatives.Promote safe systems of work and a positive safety culture on-site.Support hazard identification and implement corrective actions where required.Assist with daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and client standards.Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.Assist in preparing RAMS, safety documentation, and incident reports.RequirementsMinimum 3 year's experience in a construction safety role (utilities or water projects advantageous).Ability to work independently and confidently on active construction sites.Relevant safety qualifications (SafePass, Manual Handling; additional certifications beneficial).Full driver's licence and willingness to be site-based 4-5 days per week.Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all site levels.
