AnovoCare Nursing Home is a state of the art very homely Nursing Home based on Stokehole Lane, Swords Co. Dublin. We are looking for an Administrator to join our dynamic team. At AnovoCare NH we place our Residents at the heart of every decision we make. The Administrator role is vital to the success of our organisation as this person will interacy with residents and their families. We are looking for a genuine friendly and organised person.
You will be responsible for overall office activities, including the reception area and mail. You must be reliable, punctual, organised, and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy environment. The following is a general overview of the duties; however, it is not an exhaustive list. The reception cover is a half day per week and some lunch cover.
Key Responsibilities

Working with the management team to ensure an effective administrative service is provided to the Home.

HR Administration

Create and up keep staff files
Correspondence recruitment/counseling/disciplinary
Correspondence as requested by DON/ADON/CNM/RN
Issue job descriptions
Monitor visa/work permit
Maintain attendance records recording all absence
Prepare timesheets for payroll
Update staff training matrix
Highlight deficiencies in mandatory training immediately
Archiving management
HR duties as agreed with HR Director
Posting brochures to prospective clients
Ensuring the Home brochure has up to date information
Stock taking
Produce nursing and care documentation
Maintain supplier/contractor contracts

Requirements

Good planning and organizational skills
Time management skills
Strong financial aptitude
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and writing skills
High quality customer service skills
Computer literacy, with word processing skills.
Professional appearance and manner
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Ability to multitask and work well within a team environment adaptability
Take on new responsibilities as required

General Duties

Minute meetings as required
Order stationary
Archive documents and monitor sending off site and return

Qualifications/Skills

Good Planning and organizational skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and manner
Computer literacy, specifically ECDL
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Experience with using databases
Capacity to deal with ambiguity
