RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We require a pleasant and outgoing person to fill the above vacancy in our busy office environment based in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.
The role will require excellent communication, organisational, and people skills with the ability to work across a number of departments.
Main Duties To act as the initial point of contract for any visitors or telephone enquires Operate the switchboard, redirecting calls appropriately and taking / relaying accurate verbal and written messages To develop and maintain processes and procedures within the reception areas To keep a daily attendance record To maintain stationary orders To assist accounts and procurement departments by collating delivery dockets and matching with invoices To undertake any administrative tasks as may be required eg typing letters, meeting minutes and reports Essential Criteria Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines Excellent IT Skills Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work on own initiative Desirable Criteria Previous experience working in an office environment/administrative role
