We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS & Process Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of the ONEHR Team, you will be responsible for managing HR information systems and implementing process improvement initiatives to strengthen HR operations and enhance the employee experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in achieving operational excellence, compliance, and workforce efficiency across our organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or Data Science or related discipline;
* Certification in Lean Six Sigma,
* Minimum 5 years' experience in HR operations preferably in healthcare or public sector
