* Conservation of historic buildings and monuments is an essential aspect of the role.
* Our ideal candidate will have experience in refurbishment and fit-out of state offices and cultural institutions.
* Production of Autocad drawing packages is also a key requirement.
* Procurement of projects involves working closely with specialists.
* Candidates should have expertise in historic joinery, plasterwork, and metalwork.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of post-graduation experience including project management on site. Good design and drawing skills are essential for success in this role.
