Senior Site Manager Required. 10+ Years Experience RequiredThe Job is for a new housing project in Letterkenny, Co.Donegal starting next month.Duties of the Role:Setting-out from engineers' / Architects drawingsReading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc.Management of subcontractors / general workforce on sitePlanning works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achievedLiaising with client's representatives / Design Team members as appropriateEnsuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of Quality standards.Ordering and control of materials on site.Maintaining the site records – site diary, concrete cube register, records of deliveries etc.Skills & Experience required for the role:Engineering Degree / DiplomaMinimum 10 years' experience as site manager for a Main Contractor on construction sites.Experience on residential projects, including apartment buildingsStrong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programmeAbility to work as part of a teamFull driving licenseSalary NegotiableJob Type: Full-timePay: From €75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carFree or subsidised travelExperience:Site Manager: 10 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
