Responsibilities

* Participate in all Private Client functions – renewal issue, midterm client queries and new business administration, working on a shared basis with the team.
* Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with all management audit requirements.
* Provide a concierge service and seek to deliver an elevated customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Build effective relationships with clients by establishing trust, understanding needs, providing expert advice and exceeding expectations.
* Deliver a high degree of professionalism and courtesy in all communications by phone or email.
* Take personal responsibility for delivering accuracy and quality in work, handling requests and enquiries from customers, staff and management in a professional and timely manner.
* Work as part of a team to ensure customer needs are met and to help the team meet monthly and yearly targets.
* Collaborate with other teams across the business involved with Private Clients, mindful of commercial client relationships.
* Work with the team manager and compliance teams to ensure file records meet prescribed standards.


Requirements

* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
* Good technical knowledge (product training will be provided).
* Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to unforeseen events.
* Good personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management.


Person Specification

* Open I & Relay experience preferred.
* Proficient in Office applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Friendly and courteous manner on the phone.
* Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
* Willingness to learn and develop; strong work ethic.
* At minimum APA (or working towards).
