The Finance Director will be a key member of the Leadership Team reporting directly to the CEO. The role will have full oversight and responsibility for the finance function across the group including financial strategy, governance, control, reporting, planning, compliance, cash management, commercial support and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Shareholders, CEO, MD’s and Leadership Teams in both jurisdictions to support decision-making, strengthen financial governance and improve reporting and controls across the Group.
