The role involves end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-stream initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.This role is based in theUnited Kingdomand requires regularon-site presence at UK client locations (hybrid working model).Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide data & analytics transformation programmesOwn end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreamsDrive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoptionPartner with data engineering, analytics, BI, and cloud teamsManage scope, risks, dependencies, and executive reportingRequired Experience11–15+ years in transformation / programme / project managementStrong background in data, analytics, or data-led transformationExperience with data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, BI tools)Familiarity with Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery modelsExcellent senior stakeholder engagement skillsNice to HaveEnterprise or consulting backgroundExposure to large industry transformation programmes (Telecom a plus)Change management or Lean / Six Sigma experienceThis role works closely with UK-based stakeholders and teams.
