Process Excellence Manager
This is a pivotal role in driving process excellence across the organization. As Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, process enhancements, and project delivery within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with management to develop key process improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.
* Analyze and identify process improvement opportunities through staff and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), working instructions (WIs), and process flows for existing processes and workflows.
* Ensure measurement and analysis of data are incorporated into all improvement projects.
* Utilize change management tools and techniques to maintain business improvements and support business excellence principles.
* Lead continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies.
* Facilitate cross-functional projects and workshops to map current processes and design future-state solutions.
* Manage day-to-day communications with teams to ensure groups receive necessary support to deliver on improvement projects.
* Partner with external stakeholders to deliver business projects.
* Develop standardized templates to document processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Coordinate and support development and implementation of operational policies, protocols, and guidelines.
* Develop and track KPIs and performance dashboards to measure improvement impact.
* Support quality function and input into design of quality improvement program structure and framework.
* Develop and maintain health and safety management systems.
* Deliver SOP and WI training programs to employees and maintain accurate training records.
* Maintain documentation of improvement activities and present findings to leadership.
* Promote innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
* Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), PMP, Change Management or equivalent certifications.
* 5-10+ years in process improvement, operations, commercial, or quality management.
* Experience in managing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to influence and lead change across levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills, organizational, and planning skills.
* Experience in regulated industries.
* Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance dashboards.
* Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
