People Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled People Operations Manager to partner with our leaders and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.


Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Coach managers on performance management, training, and career development best practices.
* Oversee HR operations, compliance, and digital transformation projects.
* Promote workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.


Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, preferably in fast-paced industries like aviation or aerospace.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and workforce analytics.
* Proven expertise in HR operations, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
