Oversee property transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Represent tenants in their property needs, negotiating leases and terms on their behalf. Handle the leasing of office properties, including marketing spaces, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals. Manage the sales of office properties, from listing and marketing the properties to negotiating contracts and finalising sales. Handle the leasing of retail properties, ensuring optimal tenant mix and terms favorable to the client. Manage the sales of retail properties, from acquisition interests to final transaction closure.
