Lead integrated marketing, PR, digital, social and CRM for The Westbury Hotel and its outlets: WILDE, Balfes, The Sidecar and The Gallery. Fixed-term maternity cover, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
What you’ll do
Own and deliver the annual marketing strategy for the hotel and outlets.
Lead PR and communications; plan and deliver campaigns that drive revenue.
Oversee website, social and CRM (content, optimisation, performance).
Lead content creation: photography/videography planning and shoots.
Manage partnerships (incl. LHW/GHA) and agency relationships.
Lead the digital team; manage budget, reporting and competitor insights.
About you
Senior marketing experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, retail or premium brands.
Strategic and commercial; confident using data to shape decisions.
Proven people leader with strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about brand and storytelling.
