Main Responsibilities:
* Manage overall engineering spend
* Oversee site capital portfolio
* Maintain operations and compliance of facilities and utilities team which oversee electricity generation, nitrogen generation, water treatment, waste water treatment, nitrogen generation, steam generation and HVAC
* Maintain environmental compliance
* Manage maintenance and store room excellence programs for entire site
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:
* Number of employees reporting directly to this position are 8 multidisciplined engineers with approximately 25 employees
Accountability / Scope:
This position will report directly to the site director and actively participate and contribute to the site leadership team.
Education Required:
* Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Finance or Business) is required or 15+ years of experience as business leader in a manufacturing, engineering, or quality role
