Project Overview:
Our client is a cutting-edge MedTech startup based in Dublin, dedicated to revolutionizing patient outcomes through innovation. As they accelerate toward key clinical and commercial milestones, they are seeking a Senior Operations Manager with a strong technical background to bridge the gap between engineering, supply chain, and operations.
This is a high-impact, non-executive role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is capable of putting structure and discipline around complex, technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Own cross-functional project execution across engineering, supply chain, and external partners
2. Translate between technical and operational teams; speak the language of engineers
3. Drive day-to-day operational delivery with a proactive, hands-on approach
4. Support and manage partner and supply chain relationships, including validation activities
5. Oversee and maintain Quality Assurance documentation and Design History File activities
6. Lead internal and external project reporting, documentation, and communications
7. Assist in planning and coordinating clinical trials and collaborative projects
8. Be the one to "shine a light on dark corners" - anticipate and solve problems before they arise
9. Work closely with internal teams and vendors (e.g., DHL) to get products moving efficiently
10. Support the business from A to Z, helping the startup scale rapidly and effectively Work directly with founders and engineering teams to bring a product from development to market
11. Own and drive projects end-to-end in a highly impactful environment

Desired Skills & Experience:
14. Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
15. 8+ years of industry experience, preferably in technical or operational roles
16. Proven experience in project management across cross-functional technical teams
17. Exposure to or comfort learning supply chain management in a high-tech environment
18. Familiarity with quality systems, documentation processes, and operational compliance
19. Experience in medical devices a plus, but not essential (not seeking traditional med device background)
