We have a new opening for a Principal Project Manager Civil & Environmental Engineering to join amultidisciplinary consultancy specialising in infrastructure, energy, and environmental services.
With offices across Ireland, this Dublin based position will allow the successful candidate become part of an established and dynamic company, with the opportunity to expand their expertise and broaden their professional experience

Role Responsibilities:
1. Leading civil and environmental design team to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
2. Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of both senior and junior staff.
3. Preparing high-standard technical reports and tender documentation.
4. Planning and managing design activities in close collaboration with Project Directors.
5. Ensuring all work complies with internal quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations.
6. Coordinating effectively with other team members across disciplines.
7. Managing client relationships and maintaining clear, consistent project communications.
Role Requirements:
8. Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status.
9. A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management.
10. Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
11. Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders and sub-consultants.
12. Proficient in developing and managing project budgets.
13. Energetic and driven professional with excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
14. Adaptable and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented approach.
