In this role you will:
Contribute to course and programme delivery, development, and innovation in the UNSW-Project-Management-Programs and Master of Project Management (Canberra).
Supervise students within the two postgraduate programmes.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience)
Hold a PhD in project management or a related discipline, or a Master's degree in project management with substantial experience in designing and delivering courses and programmes.
Demonstrate a profound understanding of project-management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a record of academic and professional achievements.
Maintain practical experience in the project-management industry to enrich theoretical learning.
Have experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level.
Show success in initiating curriculum development and improvement, fostering engaging learning experiences for students.
Commit to mentoring students and junior colleagues, and provide leadership within the academic community.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
Adopt a proactive approach to professional development, staying current with trends, advancements, and pedagogical practices in project management.
