We are seeking applications for our 2025 Graduate management Programme. What does the Graduate Management Programme involve? Our graduates are carefully selected as they will be trusted from day 1 to have a strong work ethic and the highest of standards, and in return, they will be given positions of real responsibility and the opportunity for rapid advancement through our managerial structure. The programmes focus will be on on-the-job learning, regular reviews & mentorship and one or more assignments. It is our expectation that each Graduate will be in a management position at the end of the programme. How long is our Graduate Programme? The Graduate Programme is for a period of 18 months and will ensure that participants gain quality experience across all departments and give them a fully rounded experience. The programme will include continuous support in terms of regular reviews and a specific mentor will also be assigned. You can expect to be given responsibility at an early stage and the programme is fluid enough to enable the participants to rapidly progress once they are ready for a role. Program Objectives To provide recent graduates with comprehensive training in hospitality management. To enhance operational skills and knowledge in various hotel departments. To develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities for potential future managerial roles. Program Structure The 18-month program will rotate through various key departments to provide graduates with a well-rounded skillset in hotel operations. A module on Leadership & People Management will also be included. Front Office Operations & Customer Service Accommodation & Housekeeping Food & Beverage (F&B) Management Golf Operations Support Functions (HR, Sales & Marketing, Finance) What are we looking for? Candidates with a hospitality related degree level 7/8. A proactive and positive attitude Ideally you will have worked in a Hotel, Leisure or Tourism operational areas in the past developing your skills in Food Beverage, Front Office, Kitchen and Banqueting.
