The role involves producing high-quality work efficiently, managing document systems, drafting documentation, and maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce quality work fast and efficiently
* Manage Document Management System, including opening new files and maintaining existing files
* Draft and redraft documentation using advanced features of Microsoft Word 2007
* Communicate effectively with solicitors, anticipating and resolving issues
* Manage solicitors' diaries and take telephone messages
* Provide filing and general administrative support, including archiving

You will also need to demonstrate attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, while maintaining confidentiality both internally and externally.
