Job Description:
The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. This includes:
* Providing general office support, including phones, mail, filing, supplies, and catering
* Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and taking accurate minutes
* Maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs
* Organizing company records and documentation
* Arranging domestic and international travel
* Supporting the implementation of office policies to improve efficiency
* Managing contracts with service providers (insurance, benefits, leases, etc.)
* Preparing and submitting reports to government and insurance agencies
* Addressing internal and external inquiries professionally
* Assisting Field Service Engineers with scheduling and reporting tasks
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Performing other administrative tasks as needed
