Overview
Founder / Director - Senior Appointments @ RECRUITERS. This iconic brand is undergoing a digital transformation programme to transition away from legacy systems and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. They are seeking an experienced D365 / NAV / Business Central ERP specialist to step up to a manager role and work closely with the SLT to manage the transition to MS Business Central. The role will also involve managing the project and vendor to implement the new ERP. The role is based 5 days a week in city centre office in Dublin. We are looking for candidates that have a good background in configuration of the ERP and understanding of the broad architecture and integration capabilities as well as business processes around finance and supply chain.
* Act as the primary internal resource overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
* Work with business units to understand their needs and requirements.
* Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business needs.
* Identify areas which might require customisation, development, or integration, clearly communicating requirements to external developers and stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Lead data migration activities, including master data.
* Change management - Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation.
* Provide ongoing support to users after the ERP system is live.
* Manage the human and organizational aspects of the project, such as stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
YOU
* Bachelor’s degree and over 7 years experience in applications with implementation and integration experience.
* Solid understanding of Business Central ERP / NAV / D365.
* Strong technical and functional knowledge of finance and supply chain.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on identifying and addressing business needs.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
€100-120k and package - permanent role
