Tyremaster is currently seeking an experienced Tyre Service Advisor with a background in the tyre or motor trade to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands tyre products, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in managing bookings, advising on tyre options, coordinating mobile tyre services, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone Advise customers on tyre brands and the most suitable options for their vehicles Manage service bookings and scheduling efficiently Coordinate daily routes for mobile tyre technicians Organise out-of-hours callouts and support on-call drivers Maintain accurate customer, booking, and stock records Carry out data entry using internal systems and Microsoft Excel Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required Support the wider team in a busy workshop and service environment Requirements Minimum 1 years experience in the tyre industry or motor trade (essential) Strong knowledge of tyre brands and confidence providing advice to customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and scheduling abilities Comfortable using Excel and internal systems Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced role Full, clean driving licence Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player Working Hours Full-time role, five and a half days per week Saturday mornings required (9:00am 1:00pm) Participation in an on-call rota (every third weekend and one weekday evening) What We Offer Company car Company phone On-site parking Overtime pay Performance-related bonuses
