The Team:Enfusion's Interfaces Product Team is one of multiple product groups within Enfusion's Product Development and Technology Teams. The Interfaces Product Team focuses on building straight-through processing (STP) solutions to and from the various third-party vendors used by our clients. Common vendors include data providers, trade affirmation platforms, fund admins, PBs, and custodians.The Role:Enfusion is seeking a Senior Data Operations Manager to join the Interfaces Product Team to help us lead and grow a team of Product Business Analysts / Data Intake Engineers to transform how we enable straight-through processing between our clients (hedge Funds, Institutional Account Managers for example) and various data providers - risk/affirmation/Fund administrators, etc.What You'll Do:Define the product vision including strategic company integration and multi-platform client initiatives.Lead and manage a high-performing team while collaborating with local and global management to define and oversee requirements to set the team up for scaleDrive continuous improvement in the product development lifecycle, team process, and structurePartner with internal client-facing teams, external third parties (clients and vendors), and internal technology developers to enable straight-through processing of our portfolio management solution with a perspective of incoming and outgoing data within the system and how that needs to be processed within the Enfusion systemDeeply understand both the business behind what we do and the supporting technology to specify clear requirements, design solutions, and create holistic test plansEnsure requests from clients and internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Managers, Client Onboarding teams) are not only handled promptly and appropriately but also are answered with key insight that stakeholders can practically useStrengthen our client and broker relationships through strong delivery, clear business communication, and setting appropriate expectationsRegularly work with the development team to help them understand what needs to be done and to provide guidance on prioritizationWork with developers, testers, and external third parties to comprehensively test new interfaces and ensure they are doing what we and the client want them to doBecome a trusted point of contact within the firm for Interface related requestsDocument new developments and cross-train throughout the team and other relevant internal stakeholders about exciting product releasesWhat You'll Need:12+ years of relevant product management experience with a track record of delivering excellent resultsExperience working directly in a product capacity to design and implement products for Interfaces / Connectivity teams, Reference Data Teams, Trade File Testing Teams, Trade Affirmation, or Reconciliation teamsExperience leading, growing teams and taking accountability for measuring and tracking their successStrong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations and bordersStrong communication skills with the ability to summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner.Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, gather data, build intuition, and develop strategy.Highly organized, self-driven, extremely quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where they showcase critical thinking and confidence in the application of their knowledgeAbility to assess risk and blast radius to determine impact on existing workflowsStrong understanding of portfolio management, fund accounting, and cash management across a range of financial instruments including knowledge of the Pre and Post Trade Life cycle (Equities, Options, Futures, FX, Fixed Income, CDS, Total Return Swaps, etc.)Knowledge of the competitive landscape of SaaS systems (OEMS/PMS/Accounting) that provide services to Hedge Funds and Asset Managers (the 'Buy Side') is a plusSkilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationAble to interpret business and client requirements, and analyze the bigger picture such as downstream impactsExperience in reading code (such as Java) is a plusKnowledge of standard protocols like FTP, FIX, API, SOAP Swift, and experience with XML or FpML is a plus
