About your new employer:The company is dedicated to improving patient health by providing innovative solutions that enhance the safety and effectiveness of pharmaceuticals.Your duties as a Maintenance Technician:Support the development of new and existing technologies, as well as production lines, to improve quality, profitability, and safetyPlan, execute, and document project assignments in line with agreed timelines, goals, and governance policies/proceduresEnsure all technical and customer requirements for assigned projects are achievedPrepare, update, and maintain validation and project management documentationParticipate in regular project reviews with project teams and managementProduce design work such as layouts, sketches, and concepts for projects and/or plant layoutsReview and/or develop engineering change requests for modifications to processes, equipment, and facilitiesTroubleshoot and repair automation systems as requiredAssess and maintain machine safety systems to protect employees operating automation equipmentMonitor production data to ensure automation lines achieve targeted output and OEEMaintain product quality by ensuring proper operation and upkeep of all automation systemsProvide prompt updates to shift leaders and program managers regarding downtime or maintenance issuesLiaise daily with the Engineering Manager and shift support staffAdhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety standardsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementDemonstrate consistent, reliable, and punctual attendanceWork with automation systems such as assembly machines/fixtures, label applicators, robots, end-of-arm tooling, separators, test equipment, and any other equipment as assignedWhat skill/experience you need as a Maintenance Technician:Associate's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (required)Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (preferred)At least 3 years' experience in the medical device or other regulated industry (required)Minimum 3 years' experience supporting technical project management (preferred)Background in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is an advantageKnowledge of quality system requirements, FDA Quality System Regulations, cGMP, and relevant ISO standardsWhat's on offer?12 month FTC€42,000 - €45, % shift allowanceBonusPension and healthcare
