Lead Construction Project Manager
Our company seeks a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee key builds across various residential, commercial, and public sector developments in the North West.
This senior role involves leading day-to-day site operations across multiple project stages, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet quality and budget targets. You will work closely with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate logistics and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality targets.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders including engineers, architects, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as well as health and safety compliance and project documentation.
* Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and resource planning.
* Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
* Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to manage variations and change control.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Project Management or Site Management role.
* Proven track record of delivering commercial or residential projects worth €1M-€10M.
* Relevant construction qualification such as Engineering or Construction Management.
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction methods.
* Experience working with public works contracts is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
* Full driving license required for site visits.
