Role Profile
The School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy on a part time (0.5 WTE), temporary basis with specific expertise in Anatomy, Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. The appointee will be expected to contribute to high impact research and innovative teaching within the School of Health and Human Performance with a primary focus on Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues in the School, wider University and externally to pursue research that enhances the School’s national and international research profile.
Responsibilities
delivery of theoretical and practical modular content
student mentoring and support
supervision of student projects
clinical placement support
collaboration on delivery of existing and development of future programmes
Salary Scale
Assistant Professor Above Bar - €64,583.00 - €103,501.00. Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
