Are you a Key Account Manager with a background in construction or joinery looking to step into a strategic, client-facing role where you'll own blue-chip retail accounts, influence national rollout programmes, and drive long-term commercial growth rather than just manage day-to-day projects?

In this role, you will take full ownership of strategic retail client relationships, acting as the commercial and relationship lead across fitout, refurbishment, maintenance and special projects. You'll coordinate internally with project managers, QS, manufacturing, design and site teams to ensure consistent delivery, strong margin performance, and exceptional client satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, supporting tenders and frameworks, and positioning the business as a long-term partner to major retail brands.
This role would suit a Key Account Manager from a background in construction or joinery who is looking combining relationship management, commercial strategy and project delivery in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The Role:
Managing and developing strategic relationships with major retail clients across the UK & Ireland
Acting as the primary commercial and relationship lead for key accounts and framework agreements
Supporting national rollout programmes, refurbishments, and special projects
Overseeing account performance, margins, forecasting and commercial reportingThe Person:
