Shop Floor Manager
As a Shop Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This role involves ensuring that all colleagues are fully trained and validated in their roles, creating an inspiring and welcoming environment, and driving a culture of zero food waste.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that all colleagues are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
* Monitor and control stock levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Manage date codes and ensure that all edible products are sold or disposed of promptly.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
